Strong
A high-energy Pilates class blending traditional principles with resistance training and weights. Helps you build strength, improve endurance, and enhance overall fitness. Suitable for all levels. Targets every major muscle group while keeping a strong focus on alignment, technique, and form. Expect to leave feeling empowered, energised, and stronger than ever.
Flow
A dynamic, classically inspired Pilates session that honours Joseph Pilates’ original method through a seamless sequence of movements focused on control, precision, and strength. Designed for those ready to take their practice further, Flow challenges your core, enhances flexibility, and sharpens body awareness, all while maintaining mindful movement and proper alignment.
Sweat
Ready to get your heart rate up? Sweat adds a cardio twist to your Pilates routine. Designed to make you sweat, move with intention, and break through plateaus. Using the jumpboard, you’ll focus on core and spinal stability while picking up the pace to tone your legs, strengthen your core, and improve ankle mobility. It’s the perfect way to energise your body and shake up your usual flow.
